Bloodhound project: 1050mph

It was recently announced that the Bloodhound Aerodynamics team has resolved the issue of excessive tail lift at supersonic speeds. This video clip has been produced by sponsor Siemens from their NX CAD software, and shows the much flatter sides and narrower rear wheel track as it spins the computer model of the car around.

I hope the car nose is closer to the ground than that animation shows or else it will surf up onto a wedge of air as it speeds up.
Jet cars seem inherently unstable if the engine is right at the back so maybe bringing it well forwards to the center of the car's length might help - put a stainless plate to defelct the hot exhaust up and simultaneously act as a rear spoiler.

I feel sure the car will destabilise and crash as soon as the rocket engine is fired unless they have figured out a soft strt for it.
this news item proves there is a problem inherent in the design.
